Estate agents acting for new developers must pay a new developers rate for any space allocated to the development whether an individual dwelling or multi property site, even when included within their own advertisement, please see above s.c.c. rates.
Please inform us if you are including new developers within your advertisement at the point of booking, space will be allocated and charged accordingly.
Properties for sale abroad within estate agents advertisement will be charged at normal rate with the exception of new developments and exhibitions
N.B – If not informed your invoice will be amended accordingly.

This rate applies to all properties which are not a private vendor re sale but a dwelling sold for commercial gain, whether booked direct or through an estate agent.
